Luisel has faced these same challenges during her 40 years of marriage, motherhood, and ministry. Despite her insecurities, she discovered that obedience to God's call brought joy and purpose. She believes that God desires to heal and complete what He begins in us and desires to use each of us where we are for a greater purpose, True joy and fulfillment, she learned, only come from walking in God's intended purpose. Luisel is passionate about guiding women, from young adults to retirees, single or married, mothering to empty nesters, to discover and live out who God created them to be and experience that joy-filled life God intended in their personal life, business or ministry. Luisel is a Certified Life Coach through Go and Tell Gals Coaching Organization and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), along with a Certification in Ministry to Women through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS).

Luisel was born and raised in Florida by parents who immigrated from Cuba. She and her husband, Dave, live in South Florida and have 10 children—5 by birth and 5 added through marriage to their children—as well as 14 grandchildren and counting. Luisel has worked in full-time ministry for over 20 years and is the author of Glimpses of Grace: Finding Your Place in the Master Artist’s Mosaic. She loves spending time with her family, writing, gardening, traveling to new destinations and cultures, and enjoys being outdoors, whether in the mountains, at the beach, or on the water.
