Refund policy

Cancellation Policy - Clients will notify coach 24 hours in advance of cancellation for scheduled calls or sessions. Understanding the coach reserves the right to bill for missed appointments not cancelled with 24 hours.

Refund Policy - Upon the client's request to terminate the agreement, any unused prepaid sessions remaining in a package will be refunded.
